Traveling from Florida to Ny we booked this motel online, mistake !!!! to begin with you can't find it, there are 2 n front st's, one on each side of the river. You have to pay in advance to get a reservation and they have a no cancellation policy. The room was VERY small, the floor was giving way in...

Awful...holes in towels and washcloths, lumpy sinking bed, funky stains on carpet, icky room smell, minimal breakfast (diluted Sunny Delight, 2 kinds of small muffins that did not taste fresh), dim lighting...the list goes on.

The room here was average for Econo Lodge price level but bed needed turned or new one! The lady in the office could NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL--she was leaving (going out the door to her cab) when I went in and she returned to desk to answer my question and had her cab wait for her! That didn't happen...

What is a continental breakfast that only has muffins, bread, only some jam, juice and, coffee. Most choice hotels with continental breakfast services includes some fruit, eggs and waffles, sausages, biscuits and gravy, room was in poor shape.

Stayed here 3-4 nights per week during Spring 2013. What this facility lacked in ambiance was made up for by the convenient location and friendly staff/family that respected my day sleep schedule and were very helpful with local info. Location very convenient to both Harrisburg and West Shore. All of my stays were in one room (400) which was adequate...

Rooms are filthy. I let my daughter run around barefoot for 10 minutes until I noticed her feet were black. Mold on shower curtains. Blood stains and cigarette burns on the sheets, along with hair and orange stains on the pillows. "Continental breakfast" is a muffin, watered down coffee, and watered down orange juice. No one understands English, although they...

I have never written a review in my life, good or bad. But I feel the need to warn everyone from this hotel. It was horrible and disgusting. I felt like I needed a blood test to check for hepatitis after only being in the room for one hour. There were no sheets on the bed. The bed had multiple...

Where Do I Begin ??? Can't start with any thing good because there is nothing like that here! Won't accept use of points, even though we called and got verbal approval. His english is more broken upon arrival when he says can't allow the 800-customer service operator to assit. Don't book with a card to guarantee room for arrival, he...

Use the comfort inn instead. Mattresses are old, pillows are 20+ years old (dates on them). Bathrooms dirty. Linen not washed between guests. No bottom sheets on beds (just top sheets folded over). Heat/air is not on in room until you turn it on. Our room was 56 degrees on check in and took until 3AM to warm up. STEER...

“I have always had a room in the 300 series, which is ground floor and near parking. The rooms here fill fast and are the best. I've heard worse about the interior rooms upstairs. Rooms closer to the road are better. The rear of the building faces a railroad line and occasionally a train comes through at night.”
