This motel is NOT located on a beach. Look at their map on their web page! Its on a busy highway! There is a beach in Middletown about 10 min.s away. Both have a sea weed problem but the sand is great and good facilities. Newport has a cute little beach which is easily accessible from your car. Its about 20 to 30 minutes away depending on traffic.
The rooms at the motel have outside entrances so I would suggest the first floor. Call the motel to see if they are wheel chair accessible.
