The campground was a little confusing to find the office. Its down the road from the entrance to the campground. The road leading into the campground is terrible. Pot holes and bigger potholes. It had rained before our arrival so the pot holes were full of muddy water. There was a huge pot hole right behind our unit. Taking out...

We stayed at Holiday Acres over labor day weekend. Some friends had made reservations and we thought we would give it a shot. At check in, we had the same weird experience as everyone else where you pull in and then have to turn around and go back out down the main road. The office was disorganized and they repeatedly...

I'm not quite sure how to rate this one. I certainly wouldn't say it was as bad as the previous reviewers said it was. We only stayed 3 days. When I made our reservation by phone, we were placed in section C (water & electric) and charged $50 a night. When we got there and checked in, we were told...

This place was so terrible. I don't even know wHere to start. We arrived at the campground for the July 4th weekend hoping to have a good time. When we pulled in and went into the so called office there was one person working with several people waiting to sign in. The woman was very rude. She basically gave us...

The only ones that obeyed the rules were the over nighters. Dogs were left unattended, the helpers were riding around in gators drinking beer, there 2 entrances and 2 exits and only one was guarded. Loud music after crewfew in rec room that was ignored by staff.

There were many lose dogs and lots of dog poop on the campground. The rule about leashing dogs and picking up poop was not enforced. The owners seemed like they did not care. It made it especially challenging at night because one could step in dog poop without seeing it.

I stopped to use the dump station. The charge was $25! If it wasn't so convenient, I would have just drove away. If you have to dump, stay for a night; it's not that much more. Be aware that the majority of sites are seasonal rentals, which includes construction workers going from job to job.

we are a large RV. the roads are very muddy and full of holes; very difficult for a big rig. when you pull into the campground by the office, they say gee, i guess we should put up a sign or tell people this isn't the place to pull in because big rigs can't go this way. so if you...

The potential is there. We booked this with plenty of advance. We stayed in our pop up and friends stayed in their tent on 2 separate sites. While booking I felt that the spots they were recommending were going to be noisy with a road on both sides of us. We were told it's much better than the ones we...
