We had a wonderful weekend at the Hampton Inn!! We were a group of friends visiting for the Bryant homecoming weekend and we were taken good care of at the Hampton inn. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and comfy beds! Jesse at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure the accommodations for us were exceptional. We cannot thank Jesse enough for his hospitality. Thanks to the whole Hampton Inn team! We’re already ready to book again for next years homecoming

The room was clean and I was happy they were serving hot breakfast. I was disappointed that the room sign said housekeeping could be scheduled upon request but when I tried to request it, I was told I had to be there a minimum of 4 nights. Also, they need more than one person at the desk because there was always a line when I needed something.

Hotel was easy to get to. Staff was amazing, I was checked in by Ann she had a great personality, very friendly and attentive. Room was amazing, you walked in and could just see and smell the clean. Bed was soft and best sleep I had out of all other 5 or more stays I have had in the area looking for the best hotel. In the morning I spoke with Ann again and asked to speak with the housekeeper that cleaned my room the day before, (having been in housekeeping myself and a executive housekeeper) I know they don't get enough credit when they do a great job only when they do a bad job! I got to meet the housekeeper Georgia, (or Georgie) and her trainee Dayshawn and tipped them both and thanked them for doing such a wonderful job. I also spoke with her executive housekeeper and Alex who was there that morning. They were busy for graduation weekend, They had a hot breakfast eggs, potato's, sausage, waffles, and other misc items. I wish I had taken pics but did not think about it at the time. Check out was easy. Sorry this was so long But I wanted To thank the Staff and Hotel on such a GREAT JOB. Thank you!!!!!

Stayed for the months for work. Had issues in multiple phases of my stay. Had issues for weeks about my rate literally had to threaten to leave for them to fix it. Room cleanliness was an issue and house keeping was a joke, I tried to be patient because I knew they were understaffed, but when you’d finally get you room cleaned there’d be more things not cleaned than was. I do not recommend anyone to stay here long term. I’m sure it would be fine for a night or two

Mr Bass, I am so troubled and shocked to hear how unpleasant you're stating you feel your stay with us was. I physically checked you out in person and you stated how happy you were throughout your stay and how upset you were that you had to leave as you didn't extend your reservation any further and we were sold out. I wish you had brought up any issues you had with us in person while we had a chance to addressed them with you. Also, we are fully staffed and you specifically asked for us to only enter your room once a week for cleaning services and to our knowledge everything had been cleaned and sanitized to your satisfaction. We are so deeply sorry we couldn't extend your reservation any further with us. We wish you all the best!

We stayed here for two nights unexpectedly in Feb 2022 after having a horrible experience with a Holiday Inn Hotel nearby.

We booked this hotel literally as we were leaving the other horror show and when we arrived late in the evening we were greeted by hotel Staff LORI who was great!

We were told by Lori that there was a blunder with the room we booked and it was not made-up yet but that she would go down and make up the room for us.

I thought this was great as they could have easily said they were booked and we would be up a creek with no paddle with two young children in tow.

The hotel was clean, smelled good and friendly pleasant staff. Our room was not fully stocked and did not have all the little toiletries usually provided however on a short notice we understand and will not account this into the review.

The pool area is good but dated and could use some remodeling but still very nice to have a clean pool to swim in with the kids.

Overall a slightly higher than average stay here.

The restaurant Laura's within walking distance is nice, great food and decent prices.

First off there were stains and questionable cleaning methods that looked Highly unsanitary!!!the shower had one teeny tiny stream of water out of the entire showerhead. We asked to switch rooms and management told us they were booked one not one car was in the parking lot.customer service was a ZERO

Photos tell the story! What they do not tell you is that there is a construction site or dump behind the hotel and odd number rooms have a strong odder. The tv was so lose on the hinge that it would not stay up right. The corners of the bathroom had dust/build up in them and there was a stain on the wall i was scared to thing what it was. I asked the GM to call me as I wanted the 100% guarantee and I was told I could not have it and the GM Christopher French refused to call me. The "sales manger" refused to give me his name and hung up on me

I booked a stay for a wedding a few months out, unfortunately the wedding venue had a large fire and venues had to change. I attempted to transfer my booking from one Hampton Inn to another closer to the new venue. I was told by Delta customer service (I booked it through them on my Skymiles card) that a supervisor with Hilton explained I needed to cancel my reservation and to call the hotel directly to rebook, that they were unable to change locations. I verified I would not be charged a cancellation fee because I was only trying to move hotel locations to be closer to the new wedding venue. When I spoke with Hilton I was told my reservation had already been cancelled by customer service and that I was charged a late cancellation fee. This was over a month before the scheduled night so I don’t know where they got the “late” cancellation fee from. I went back and forth with customer service and finally was told I had to speak to the GM of the hotel directly. I reached out to them and never heard back about waiving the cancellation fee so that I could book at the other Hampton location. I ended up staying at a La Quinta and will never be doing business with any Hilton hotels ever again after this incredibly frustrating situation. What would they have done if it was a hurricane or other natural disaster? Nobody could have predicted that the wedding venue would have a massive fire and have to change locations with only 3 months before the wedding. Completely disappointing customer service and now I’m out $200+ for a hotel I didn’t even stay at.

Very clean hotel and rooms. We've stayed there many times and have always been happy. The staff is extremely welcoming and courteous. They provide a complimentary breakfast which was very good and they accept dogs, no questions asked.

The Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, courtious and helpful. We made use of the pool which, was a pleasant change at the end of December. The breakfast buffet included many hot choices including, blueberry waffles and omlettes. A fresh 24 hour coffee display near the check-in desk. The only downfall for me was thick pillows on the bed.

Thank you for the question. Our hotel is non smoking and the only smoking area is outside. There are three great restaurants diagonally across the street and all three have a nice bar and delicious food . Hope to see you soon!
