We stayed with our preteen son and teenage daughter. Everyone who works there was so friendly and helpful. Our layout had a foldout couch on one floor and king bed upstairs. The foldout couch was uncomfortable with two kids on it, but when just my daughter was on it, it was fine. My son moved up in bed with us...

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. The Inn is located minutes away from everything- no need to drive. Loved the breakfast, all day beverages and the afternoon wine and cheese. The best part of the Inn was the staff. I can not speak well enough about the charm and welcoming attitude that was appearant with each and every staff member. I loved...

The beds were extremely comfortable. There could have been a small table between the chairs and a light for that part of the room. It was a great place to stay. We would certainly stay here again. Great location right near the market and lots of restaurants.

We stayed here a couple of nights in February. A really well -run and great place to stay. We were in the main building and had a very comfortable suite. The continental breakfast is excellent and the wine and cheese reception in the afternoon are enjoyable as both are on a rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor. Lots of fun and...

My daughter and I stayed in October 2016. The staff was beyond perfect. My favorite had to be the Lady that ran "Drinks on the Veranda. She called my daughter Miss Lexi and spoiled her the entire time. The appetizers and company was so nice. You really don't have to go anyplace else for breakfast. They have a nice light...

The rooms were beautiful and and very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. The Inn has a great location to walking and touring the city. We will stay there again if we come back to Charleston. Downfalls: There are no room darkening shades so expect to be woken up early by bright sunlight and...

An old hotel, so be prepared for noises, but well worth staying here. The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the city. We relied heavily on their food and tour recommendations and never was disappointed. We will return.

An old hotel in the heart of the historic district. Near sights, dining, and shopping. A real jewel. The staff and location make this a must stay. It is an old hotel, so expect all that comes with that, but the staff and location overcome any problems with the age of the hotel.

A great place to stay to walk to many restaurants and attractions. It's an OLD building, so it's a different feel than modern hotels, but that's what you get. Lovely amenities, comfortable furnishings. Very expensive, but all in Charleston is, so you may as well stay somewhere really nice, like this place.
