There were no grab rails for the toilet or sink. You better bring your own step stool to get in bed, or go to Lowe’s down the road and buy one. I have never had such a bad stay in a hotel before. I realize this is a middle of the road hotel-a Red Roof Inn would have been better

We stay at the Hampton Inn about 4 times a year when we visit family. The newly renovated rooms are a big improvement. The new beds are so comfy! The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The only thing left is the dirty carpet in the hallways. We will be back!

Bathroom floor sticky. Exhaust fan noisy No towel racks .Not enough chairs in room breakfast greasy and cold on hot items. tea water taste like coffee. Mold on tube they did not use proper caulk. Location good for outlet mall and I-85. Because of noise in bathroom could not sleep
