I was a little reluctant to stay here because it was off the island. However, we soon realized it was in a great location to avoid traffic! And across from the outlets! Bluffton is also a wonderful town! The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly! They had a happy hour in the evening. I can recommend Fig and Olive restaurant and Cahill’s Market both in Bluffton! Delicious! I was happy with our stay and would stay here again!
Had a great 2 night stay! The staff members were all so nice! The lobby was very beautiful and I really enjoyed working from there. The patio furniture is really nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool last night and I loved the pool lounge chairs. The beds were comfortable. Every morning there was a massive coffee station with lots of creamer choices. For a standard hotel, this was a really great place. I enjoyed it very much!
The young man during check in was extremely nice and welcoming. I also liked the digital keep option and mobile checkout. The room was spacious and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and a lot of room for a family of 6 to spread out. The room could’ve been cleaned better. I noticed a peanut on the floor behind a chair and a piece of hair in the tub. We also woke up to a waterline break a few rooms down from ours which caused us to be without water for a few hours.
We booked a king size room to stay for a short getaway. On this trip we’ve stayed at three hotels and this one was the worst of all. The reception/customer service was so mediocre - it wasn’t even funny. 1) there were sticky stains on the floor of the entire entrance area. Disgusting especially when you step into it every time you get out of the shower. Cleaning crew must have noticed . If not, they should be equipped with special lamps to see that .. Reception offered to send the cleaning crew out but I wasn’t gonna babysit the cleaning instead of being at the beach. The room doesn’t have safes, so I wasn’t comfortable with anyone being in the room while we are away . That brings me to 2) No safes in the room . Hence we didn’t order any cleaning during our 3 nights of stay. Also- you have to ORDER room cleaning the day before . 3) They don’t provide shower gel, only soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. 4) our room had a moldy smell - no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. 5) tile had cracks in them, some tiles were peeling. 6) shower stall and tub were dated , with paint peeling on the walls and at the bottom of the tub . That is not sanitary and it’s a disgusting feeling when you stand in all that mess .. 7) there were stains on the shower wall from previous guests , which made me question the whole ‘COVID sanitation’ at this hotel 8) sink was clogged 9) remote didn’t work, Internet was spotty 10) pool is tiny and shallow. Both times we were there , there were cans and bottles around the pool- nobody cleaned . Also, the signage not to dive is behind tall grass and can’t be visible - which could be a huge liability issue. No towels at the pool - you have to ask for them at the front desk ( go up a floor), which is very inconvenient. Overall, I was extremely disappointed . Both of us are Diamond members and are loyal to the brand. This hotel is a disgrace.…
My experience at this hotel was terrible. The rooms carried a moldy odor. We asked to switch rooms but even in the second room, they all seem to smell the same. The water pressure was shotty and terrible. We asked for the room to be cleaned and linens to be changed but neither was done. And we saw bugs during our stay.
