What a pleasure to have been able to enjoy the superb facilities, amenities and service at The Inn and Club at Harbor Town. I have experienced few, if any, other hotels where the service has be as genuinely sincere as found here. The Serras in Barcelona is the only one that comes to mind. Julie, the GM, and Sarah, her AGM, along with Grady and Joe and the entire staff, from both front and back of the house, all go well beyond the expected to meet any and every reasonable guest need. The term “Butler” is used to identify the two or three individuals always present to assist in any way needed. These kind folks serve as desk clerk, concierge, bartender, driver, barista, host and hostess. The bellmen are equally as ambidextrous in accomplishing the expected as well as many of the varied skills of the Butlers. Grady and Joe shuttled us to and from the beach, restaurants, and even rescued us from a rain storm. They are all Butlers though another title might be more appropriate. I just can't think of what that might be. These Butlers are certainly not the white-gloved butlers seen in movies or on some cruise ships. They are just good, friendly folks who evidently enjoy serving their guests. By the way, those two or three Butlers always present, often include Julie and Sarah. The Hotel is of a graciously elegant design with large, well furnished, guest rooms. The Club is the adjacent golf club which contains The Links restaurant where one can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. One will also find complimentary coffee and pastries in the hotel lobby each morning. Dining is available within Sea Pines at Sea Pines Resort establishments as well as some independent venues. The scarcity of wait staff is apparent in all food and beverage establishments but more prevalent in the independent properties. We tried all of the Sea Pines Resort restaurants during our 8-day stay and found Links, Fraser's and Harborside to be our favorites. The wait staff and hosts we encountered were all polite and tried hard to please. Unfortunately their lack of experience was at times painfully humorous. Watching the serving of four guests from one corner of their table was a prime example. In conclusion, The Inn and Club at Harbor Town were a true delight to this octogenarian who was a hotelier for 45 years, and his wife. Thanks for the experience.

My mom and dad stayed there recently they came from Ireland to visit me, I called prior to booking it and spoke with the manager to ask them to do something special. We were blown away by the hospitality, the service, check in, rooms - everything! We met the GM and she couldn’t have been nicer! Will definitely be back!

This stay exceeded our expectations! We are not golfers or tennis players but thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room had a view and balcony looking over hole 1. We would definitely request this same room next time. We love the location and access to biking and walking trails, the harbor, Sea Pines Center and all of the amenities that Sea Pines offers. We enjoyed the Leisurely afternoons by the pool where you can have food/drink service. We also enjoyed evenings on the patio with a glass of wine. We were welcomed and well taken care by Grady, Julie, Sara, Will and Renzo plus the many housekeeping staff. Everyone was lovely and very attentive. We will be back!

Excellent property - beautiful views, super well maintained; Super clean rooms - housekeeping impeccable; Very good service, though nothing that was through the roof. Know prior to visiting this is not family resort, really a golf focused resort (adults) Only limited, high end food options in Sea Pines area; also no refrigerator in room to keep a few food items. Please note the following did not exist during my visit (though hotel website stated they did: - beach concierge service (no service on beach, had a guy unmarked asking if you stayed at inn - would have been nice if he had a hotel shirt or some means of identification, also individual did not arrive until 11am) - Expedient 24-hour room service. (nope) - Complimentary valet parking (nope, assume due to COVID) - Fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (nothing special, low end equipment crammed into a small room)

My husband and I visited with friends in August 2021 to play some golf. The Inn was lovely. Our room was lovely, overlooking the golf course. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a short trip, but a nice one. I would love to come back for a golf or tennis clinic. . .
