Stayed for 3 nights in early August. Carpet heavily stained, outdated furnishings, bathroom floor still dirty. Tried to get some additional towels, room phone had no direct connection to housekeeping, front desk, etc. I walked downstairs, found the housekeeping office, asked for extra towels and...More
Our overall experience was good. It is close enough to shopping, dining, etc. but not close enough to be bothered by congestion. The facility is a little old and our unit in particular probably could use new cabinets, TV's, etc. Some molding on cabinets was...More
The condo had a perfect view of the ocean. The downsides are: must pay for linens, and there is no dish soap or dish cloths, making it very difficult to wash dishes. We had a terrific vacation. The pool, hot tub, fitness room, restaurant and...More
Great location! Inside pool wasn't very nice, outside pool was beautiful. Bathroom by indoor/outdoor pool had bm smeared all over the floor. Elevators were fast. Flowers were beautiful. Nice shower area when leaving the beach

Yes. The condo was waterfront and we couldn't use the balcony as it was blocked off. The hallway rails were loose and dangerous; luckily we didn't have children with us. And, it was noisy and messy. We changed our week twice and were told the construction would be completed when we arrived on May 1st; it wasn't and we were not informed before we made the six hour trip. We left after three days because it was not enjoyable.
