Older Motel no bells or whistles. But the staff was great and very helpful. Housekeeping was very nice and helpful. Pool no Lazy river. Directly on the beach and boardwalk. Needs more parking! Will be coming back.

Yes, there are smoking rooms. Wheel chairs are probably going to have a hard time maneuvering but there are ground level rooms and an elevator for the other floors. There are not too many rides close since they tore down the amusement park and the Pavilion a few years ago. There are other parks but the closest is about 10 blocks south. The so called Boardwalk is easily accessible from the Motel.
