On a whim we booked a trip to Pirateland at the end of August for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are SO happy that we did. Pirateland offers something that the other area campgrounds do not, beach access without fighting the masses. We stayed at site...More

This is a very nice and big family oriented campground!!! At this time of the year quiet and practically empty. We've been here in 1990, 2000, 2002 and now in 2017. Never been disappointed and always loved our stay!!!

Great facilities, good services however I didn't feel this years staff was as congenial as during past visits. We spend a lot of money there and I feel their staff should be instructed to be pleasant,.... they weren't rude,..just indifferent.

We don’t often go in April. They are outside so my guess is that they would be cold in April. PirateLand does have an indoor pool that is heated and very nice.

Quarters for laundry and tokens for arcades. You will have a great time at Pirateland. Enjoy!

we were in site 1085. Just a couple sites from the bath house. That's the one that stayed filthy the entire time we were there.
