We enjoyed our experience. I rarely stay at B&Bs, but I'm glad we did this time. The room was comfortable, well decorated, and had a spacious bath. Melba was a wonderful hostess and prepared very good breakfasts.

I had the Garden Room with twin beds. The private bathroom is just a couple steps down the hall. The room was large and so was the bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious and a different entree each day of my 3-night stay. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely house, lovely owners. Breakfast was great & this is a nice little place to stay & be able to walk to the great restaurants. Free parking & cute little garden. We did stay in the twin bedroom & I didn't realize it was the only room that the bathroom is not in the room, but in the common hallway...

We had the pleasure to stay at East Main Guest House just before Christmas this year while visiting our granddaughter. We wanted something different so we choose this B&B for our stay. The owner, Melba, was such a delightful hostess! She had the house beautifully decorated and so inviting. Our room was spacious and very welcoming. The bed was very...

Our second visit and looking forward to the next. Melba has decorated her home to make it a welcoming, luxurious place to call your base in Rock Hill. The beds are wonderful and breakfasts delicious and imaginative.

Best bed and breakfast we've ever stayed in. Awesome people and service. Very well laid out for getting acquainted (business & personal) as well as just relaxing in a home atmosphere. Beautiful early American décor. Easy access to downtown district yet easy to find. Feels like Home and Family...Will be back.

We were passing through on our way back from Florida and had booked the B&B for the night. This is a charming B&B. We stayed in what is called the Downstairs Room, but the room is actually on the main floor of the house. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were no snacks, as most B&Bs supply, but...

East Main Guest House is AMAZING. The owners are very hospitable, the food was great, and the room was very comfortable. It felt so much like home I hated to leave. I highly recommend staying there if you are in the Rock Hill, SC area.

Needed a place close to Winthrop for an overnight and didn't want to stay on the highway at any of the chain hotels. Found this Inn and very glad I did. Melba was a wonderful hostess and the Inn was very cozy, warm, and inviting. Stayed in the downstairs room; bed was a little bit on the stiff side and...

The East Main Guest House is one of the best B&B's we have ever found. It is exquisitely decorated, with fireplaces, wonderful furniture and wall art. The breakfast was certainly gourmet, and we enjoyed a long visit with Melba, the proprietor. If you need an outstanding place to stay on your way to or from Florida, you must see.

“Don't do the twin if you want your bath in your room.”

“We stayed in the "East Room", which was very spacious and well appointed, with a nice sized private bathroom. The "Honeymoon Suite" was also very nice and would be a great room for newlyweds. Both are on the second floor of the house. The rooms were all very clean with no problems what-so-ever encountered during our stay.”

“Honeymoon suite is lovely, fireplace and jetted tub, but a tiny shower. If you are a big person this 2x2 shower is challenging. My kids used the East room and had plenty of room to put a toddler air mattress. With a full bath.”

“There are 3 available rooms - all beautiful and clean... charming! Beautiful, light filled rooms (with blinds, of course), sound proofed (ask Melba about the restoration - she has photo's - they did things right!). You can't go wrong with whichever room you choose. The Garden Room does not have an attached bathroom - for some circumstance that may not be desirable, but I can assure you privacy is not an issue... you will not be disappointed!”
