Seabrook is such a lovely island. If I was going for my honeymoon I would look into Pelican Watch Villas or The Atrium locations. There is no hotel on this island, but the sister island, Kiawah, has a gorgeous hotel. Depending on the season, rates will vary anywhere from $100-200 per night for a one bedroom unit.

Check vrbo or Pam Harrington reality for long term rental rates. Tennis club or high hammock will be the cheapest and Pelican Watch is beachfront and will be more expensive. All places will have outdoor parking space.
