I chose Honeysuckle Acres because it was close to home and yet I still wanted to give my out of town mother a feeling of "getting away" without going far. The Frish's are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and the rate was SO inexpensive for the lovely location/delicious breakfast the next morning. Our room was lovely and we...

The Innkeepers have created an incredible step back in time with well appointed furnishings and lush gardens. The room was spacious with an excellent bed with various pillows to choose from. Top notch linens, robes and amenities. My room included a bathtub shower combo that was sparkling clean. A spacious antique vanity included a hair dryer and curling irons if...

The Frish's are wonderful hosts. Our family of four arrived on Wed. the 27th of August, early in the afternoon and were met by Pat who showed us around and soon after checking in, found a croquet set for us to enjoy. We played until dark, after which we retired to our rooms for cards and fun. Each of our...

Idyllic setting in an antebellum mansion with giant columns in quiet Winnsboro. I stay at the Honeysuckle a lot while on business at the local power plant. The Frish’s keep the light on and welcome me with fresh baked goods by the bed. Breakfast is served piping hot in the morning and it gives me an opportunity to catch up...

Like going back in time, "Gone with the Wind" reading on the front porch, playing parlor games, and ,searching out other quaint towns. Excellent food and service. The hosts are very friendly and well traveled.

My husband and I stayed for two nights. You just melted right into the bed it was so comfortable. I am a coffee lover, so it was fantastic to wake to the smell of coffee brewing just outside our bedroom door. Did I mention how delicious our breakfasts were? The location away from the hustle and bustle leads to quiet...

We have visited the inn four times and have had a wonderful time each time. It just keeps getting better. Wonderful hospitality and fabulous breakfasts and desserts. The innkeepers, Hal & Pat Frish really have a gift of hospitality. They obviously love what they are doing. It was also a real comfort to stay at an inspected inn, knowing they...
