This KOA is listed as a "journey" campground, or one used typically just for a stopover. It is more than that. The roads and sites are gravel but ample in size and tucked under beautiful shade trees. The polis beautiful, the grounds beautifully landscaped, and the store/office and " cafe " are exceptional. The cafe is the real deal with...

Definitely one of the best campgrounds we've visited, friendly people, wine tasting was great. Mike very knowledgable about attractions in the area. Only improvement I can think of is cement palate or oiled drives, it rained last night and now my dog is a mess from the mud, the dog park is at the far edge of the campground.

Great place to camp. Has water, electric, free cable, and some sewer sights. Great store on premises, cold drinks including wine and beer. Very friendly people. Clean restrooms and showers. Dog park and children's play area. Pool.

So, yesterday I wrote a not-so-good review of the KOA campground in Orlando/Kissimmee. The spaces were very small and staff not friendly. Last night we found the Point South KOA and what a difference! This is, by far, the best KOA we have ever stayed at. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and not in a hurry...

This is a small campground. We stayed here one night on our way back home. The sites are on dirt and if you have any kind of rain it could be messy. Bathroom is nice but small. One shower and one handicap shower. They offer pizza and wings and can have them delivered to your site. Wine tasting every night...

We were traveling from Florida to NC. We stopped at this KOA and what a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful. The facility had everything we would have wanted. It is very close to some great historic sites. Worth the stay.

We loved this campground! Very nice with amazing staff. Delicious homemade pizza and wings are available for campers, which can be delivered to campsite or eaten in a little bistro. A big perk was the Wine tasting that goes on nightly. It's a fun place to be!

We make a point to stay at this KOA both going and coming home from Florida. Always pleasant and helpful staff and they always make us feel welcome. We travel with quite a few dogs and they have no problem with them. The wine tasting and pizza is always a treat and we have met couples that come from other...

They make awesome pizza and wings on site and deliver it to your site, there's a coffee bar and Wine tastings. The bathrooms have been remodeled since the last time we were here and they look great, always clean!. It's like glamping!

Our site we felt like we were parked on the road. Smelled sewage all night only to find our sewer line bubbling on the ground and a puddle surrounding the utilities. For $50+ a night will not be stopping there again☹️.
