Dirty rooms, shower is like an RV shower, ice from ice machine is a cup of ice, the jacuzzi that is on the sign is only during limited time periods, the woman who check us in was very nice, but the male employee that was there for check out time, flipped out when we asked for a comment card to...

Rooms are dated but clean. The amount of ice dispensed is adequate for room use but is not designed to fill coolers as many try to do. The hot tub is typically open from 10 a.m. until Office closes.

We stayed here during Kool Deadwood Nites. Poor customer service from the guy who registered us. The wash clothes were so thin they probably bought them 12 for a buck. Comfortable bed. Filthy windows and window sills. Nice view.

We were riding our motorcycle through this area and stayed here based on other reviews. As previous reviews state, the room was clean and reasonably priced for the area. The bathroom was small, with the sink being located in the sleeping area. Cons: no coffee pot, microwave, or refrigerator in the room and breakfast/coffee was not available until 7:00 a.m....

My boyfriend and I rode the Harley up to the Black hills for the 4th of July weekend from Colo. The room was very clean that included the bed, the sheets, the bathroom and the towels. The AC worked just fine and cooled the room down quickly. The pool was small but kid friendly and the hot tub was hot...

We stayed with a small group of friends on St. Patrick's day weekend for a few days of sight-seeing and touring Deadwood. All of our friends that we were with stay here several times a year for snowmobiling and motorcycle trips. This hotel is very "basic" with simple, clean, comfortable accommodations. The pool and hot tub area was open during...

This hotel is not too bad for the price, however you could probably go down the street and spend a few dollars more and get something much better. We had 2 adults and 2 children. We thought a room with 2 queen size beds would be larger. We ended up with 2 full size beds and we were very cramped....

Rooms was small and sparsely furnished (no fridge or microwave), but clean. Bed was held together with duct tape, the only ice machine on the property did not work, and when we called the front desk (using the alternate number because there was no-one manning the desk in the middle of the day) they told us they were "planning on...

We stayed in Deadwood at this hotel in Aug. 2014, 1st off when we booked through the Black Hills Vacations, we were booked at the Butch Cassidy Suites, but for whatever reason were given this hotel instead, it was so disgusting, it actually ruined our holiday. The place was dirty, smelly, the staff so unfriendly, even asking them when the...

I read the reviews before we went, but after I booked. I thought it'd be ok since I bring everything myself when I travel (food, toiletries, ice, first-aid kit, etc.). I didn't bring it all it seems. Traveled with kids & didn't want to be at casino or have separate rooms at a motel, and this place seemed fine to...

Curious, checked the AC filters now, some weeks after guests stay and they are quite clean. A number of guests have stayed since this particular guest and set the AC in the 60's which gets the rooms quite cool. Additionally, in this part of the country, it cools down at night and even when it is in the 80's during...
