This was our second trip to Deadwood and our second stay at the Mineral Palace. We've been satisfied with both stays. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff, for the most part. Joe-Joe, appeared to be maintenance and/or parking attendant was incredibly friendly and helpful. Joe-Joe made our second visit more enjoyable than our first visit. And we enjoyed our first visit...

We have stayed at the Mineral Palace a few times and although the rooms are nice and they are clean and very accessible to all parts of Deadwood, they have a few things that are lacking. They have no fridge, their tv's are some of the smallest we have ever seen for the price and if you want wi-fi service,...

Our family enjoyed our stay at Mineral Palace. Be sure to use the free valet parking when you arrive, because parking can be hard to find in Deadwood. The hotel is on Main Street so in walking distance of lots of casinos, bars and restaurants and the local gun fight reenactments. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were surprised...

We took a family trip and we're stoked to stay here as we have never been to South Dakota. Unfortunately, right off the bat the service was rude and unfriendly to my family and myself. I am not sure about you, but when I go to a hotel I expect to be treated kindly. As for the hotel itself, it...

We arrived after booking online, and when we arrived, they had no record of us in the system at all. Not sure what went wrong, but in any event, they upgraded us to a very nice suite on the third floor for the same price. The only downside, instead of two Queens, we have a King and a Sofabed. Since...

We loved our stay at Mineral Palace! The staff made us feel welcome from the minute we got there and were accommodating and helpful the entire time. The room was nice and had a great location on Main Street and close to the trolley. I will definitely be staying there again because of the friendly staff!!

We enjoyed being right downtown. The valet parking was nice and the check-in painless. The rooms were decent with a recently remodeled bathroom and we did try the steakhouse for dinner but didn't find it to our liking.

Our stay was great! This place is a perfect location. Easy to get out and about - walking distance to see the town sights. Hotel bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We loved the specialty treats every night! Food at the Gem Restaurant was great! Ask for Gator! What a great server. He will make you feel special. The other servers...

We have never had a bad experience at the Mineral Palace. We have visited many times and hope to visit many more. These people make us so comfortable and welcome that we hate to leave. Rooms are always very clean. Love the turn down service and extra little treat they leave you for a night snack. Staff says hi as...
