We got very behind on our drive to this KOA. We called them to let them know we would be arriving in the middle of the night. Someone was right out to see us when we arrived around 3 in the morning. We had a pull through spot near a bathroom/shower house. The spots are large and the grounds are...

beautiful views, friendly staff. It took a while to get to everything, but the views were spectacular. the bathrooms were very clean. We stayed at a tent site and were located near the bathroom. Site was nice and large, we could fit 2 tents easy.

I took my daughter in law and my two grand children to Mount Rushmore and Chief Crazy Horse Memorial for their first time. We stayed at the Mt Rushmore KOA campground. We stayed in our RV. I can't really speak to the motel rooms or the cabins, but they all seemed to be occupied and I didn't hear any negative...

Back in the late 90's we spent 2 weeks here for our family vacation & had a wonderful time. A lot has changed since then, but it's still a good place to camp. We stopped on our way home from Yellowstone for 4 nights. First, it's centrally located to all attractions in the Black Hills. Mount Rushmore is just down...

Our family enjoyed this KOA. The cabins were really nice. We stayee in a deluxe cabin. I'm pretty sure it was D402. It fit the 5 of us very comfortably. In the cabin, there was a kitchen, 2 TVs, and a bathroom. We had a bunk bed, a double bed, and a sofa bed. It fit all 5 of us....

My family and I stopped here on our way across the country. We have been to many campgrounds and KOAs and this is by far the best one that we have been to. There were so many things for the kids to do they loved it and I never once heard them say they were bored! There are also activities...

This was the nicest KOA we ever stayed at. We had reserved and paid for 6 days and were excited when we arrived. I had requested a concrete pull through for my 40' class A motorhome and was told my site was paved. Within 3 hours, we got a refund for 5 days and went elsewhere. First, our spot was...

Thank you for your review. It gives us the feedback we need to make things better! I apologize for the confusion about the concrete pad. You are correct, we do not have any sites with concrete parking for RV's. I believe the confusion was we have sites that have concrete patio's onsite. They are asked for quite often and I...

This place had it all! Where do I begin; 2 swimming pools, restaurants, hot tubs, splash pad, bike rentals, utv rentals, and many more features. We took advantage of the deluxe cabin and it was fantastic. Sleeping for 6, great wood decor, full bathroom, mini kitchen, big deck, very own patio furniture, grill and fire pit. Also featured 2 TVs,...

Our rig 35ft Class A with 12 ft trailer. Total rig length 51 ft. The positive side of this campground is that there are a lot of activities for kids and there is beautiful scenery. Now the bad! I start by saying we paid $138.17 per night including tax. This was a "premiere" full hook up 50amp site with a...

Stayed at Palmer Gulch many times. Booked family reunions and personal. This time our cabin was absolutely horrible. Faulty wiring, dirty beyond what you can imagine, mice etc. More than happy to help when booking but if you have an issue it will not get addressed. We stayed August 4th and 5th. We tried to laugh and call it an...
