They cottages and cabins, we rented a cottage because we were only 2 people. It located in a great please outside Hill City. The cottages have refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and air conditioning. The bathroom has plenty of toiletries. The place has been remodel and looks like new. In the front of the cottage you have a porch with chairs.... More

We stayed at this property in one of their cabins. The cabin was clean, had comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, TV and so-so Wi-Fi. Very good location as your base to explore the Black Hills area. The owners were a friendly and nice young couple. Very good place if you have kids as there is a playground and plenty of room... More

We stayed in the Aspen cabin while my sister stayed in her motor home. We had the ADA cabin and it worked great with my husband's wheelchair. He could get around great. We loved the central meeting area in the center of the property. There were picnic tables, gas grills and a campfire every night for s'mores. Everyone at the... More

Family of 4 stayed 2 nights in southwestern cabin. Just enough room for us. There is so much to see and do in the area we felt like we were barely there! Really clean room! The gathering area in middle of camp looked awesome - tables, grill, fire ring, flowers hanging - just beautiful! Nice to have fridge and microwave... More

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was great for our family of 4. Very clean, loved the swing set right out of our back door, and the nightly camp fire. Very well kept up place and great location/views! Will return again!

We stayed here 3 nights (June 17th-20th) and wish we could've stayed longer! We were traveling with friends who stayed in an RV and we flew to Rapid City to meet up with them, so we were looking for a place that would work for them in the RV and a cabin for us. This place worked perfectly! The RV... More

We are in Hill City and needed one more night to camp. We were working with very spotty phone coverage and no internet. We stopped at the local library (internet!) and wrote down a few places to call. Everyone I called was either booked up or super expensive. When I called this campground, I spoke to the absolutely nicest, most... More

We only got to stay 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! Our friends stayed in one of cottages and we in motorhome. We liked that we were close to our friends. The Pavillion is great. WiFi is extremely limited but it is everywhere but in town. We had booked at another larger campground but would have stayed... More

We stayed here last week while visiting Mt Rushmore. We stayed in the "western" cabin - each cabin has a different name. Checking was swift and friendly, our room was very very small with a bathroom which had a shower. There was a small table and 2 chairs outside our cabin also. The air conditioning unit was up high on... More

We originally were going to the Black Hills for one night but really enjoyed ourselves so extended our stay because of our great campsite. Very quiet and clean and geared towards families. Easy access to everything. Definitely will stay there again.

“They have cabins with a kitchen in them but with the grills open to everyone you wouldn't need it. All cabins have a fridge so we just bought stuff at the store and brought a cast iron pan and cooked eggs and bacon on grill for breakfast, went out for lunch, and cooked on campfire at night for supper.”
