We just spent three days at the Flying B Ranch in Rapid Cirty, SD. It was an incredible and meorable experience. Larry and Bonnie are wonderful hosts. The BB is totally remodeled with three rooms to choose from. We stayed in Doc Allen suite which easily fit the six of us (Two adults and four kids). The room had a...

This was one of the best vacations we ever had. Bonnie and Larry are fantastic hosts. Their hospitality exceeded anything we have previously experienced and we can't imagine finding better in the future. While there is much to see in the Rapid City area, including Mt. Rushmore, it was hard to drag our son off the ranch. He spent every...

It’s almost impossible to explain just how great a place the Flying B is to stay. It’s close to some of the most beautiful scenery in God’s creation, the hosts are tremendous, the food is great, and the accommodations are spectacular. We chose the Flying B as the place to stay for our 30th anniversary because it was so close...

This was my first bed and breakfast experience...and it couldn't have been better! My wife and I stayed at the Flying B for ONLY 2 nights...and wish we could've stayed more. We're already planning on returning w/our 5 children next summer. It is a great place for a couple or an entire family. The ranch is set in a beautiful...

We stayed at the Flying B Ranch for a total of nine nights in August. What a great place! Bonnie and Larry are such fantastic hosts! As with the previous reviewer, we also stayed in the Kid Hall Suite. In fact, our experience was so similar, we could almost restate their review word for word. What was not to love?...

This is the first bed and breakfast my family has stayed in and it won't be our last. It was spectacular. We stayed in the Kid Hall suite which had two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a loft with a secret entrance to the kitchen for the kids. The decor was a western theme and it added to the fun of...

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our 2 sons ages 9 and 12 and we had a fantastic time. Bonnie is an awesome cook and Larry is the best tall tale teller in South Dakota. The suites are large and well decorated and there were plenty of baby animals for the kids to feed. The boys helped herd cows,...

The food was exquisite - often made with locally grown ingredients. The host and hostess were charming, telling stories of local legends. The were helpful in suggesting fun local activities and the best places to book them. The room was huge, with tasteful yet original decorations, and a jacuzzi on the deck - this is THE place to stay when...

This B&B is located about three miles off I 90 as it passes through Rapid City, SD. Most of the Black Hills area attractions are within 30 minutes to an hour's drive from the ranch. The house sits way back from the road, in the middle of several hundred acres comprising a small cattle ranch. The B&B consists of a...
