Funky/stylist/unique are just a few words I would use to describe The Dwell Hotel. It's in a great location in downtown Chattanooga...walking distance to restaurants and theaters. I've not yet had a chance to eat at Matilda Midnight (their restaurant) but will review it the first chance I get.

My fiance took me here for a surprise for my birthday. Maybe it was a bad night to go, but it wasn't a great stay. Dave Chappell and his gang were staying and his tour bus sat outside our room running all evening. There was a huge after party which kept us awake until at least 2am. The bar was...

I booked a trip to this fabulous hotel for my boyfriend's birthday as a surprise. We could not have had a better time or stay. The hotel, the amenities, the staff, everything was just perfect. The rooms and hotel are so unique, and the atmosphere is wonderful. If you are looking for something other than just another hotel, go here!...

Apart from the 60s decor which I loved, the beds are comfy, the breakfast is delicious, and this hotel may claim the best service ever. After leaving in a hurry, I discovered that I had left my "sleeping" pillow. One quick call and they offered to ship it to me. AT NO CHARGE. Breakfast is included, and is delicious; they...

We stayed here for a weekend and we enjoyed it. Room are big, the food is good, beds are comfy and the bar has awesome drinks. The hotel is well located. And the decore is very chic and unique, a style that you find in big cities like NY. We had a discounted rate but we felt that their normal...

We have family in Chattanooga and visit 2-3 times per year, so we've tried a number of the better hotels. If you are looking for a small, boutique hotel experience this is the only option that we are aware of, and it's terrific. As you can see from perusing their site, the hotel boasts a recent, dramatic upgrade from a...

We made a reservation two months in advance and did not receive a confirmation email. The night before our travels we called to confirm our trip. Only to find out they only booked us for one night instead of two. They did nothing to help and said the second night was now booked. Instead of fixing their mistake they told...

As it stands this is the best hotel in Chattanooga. (Yes even better than the old Stone Fort Inn) Complimentary Valet upon arrival. Incredibly accommodating staff that carried our luggage to our room after greeting us at door. Beautifully designed room. Incredibly comfortable King size bed. Good views from balcony. Charming fireplace in our room. Huge Bathtub that made me...

Bright, fun, and funky. This hotel can be the destination! Great bar and restaurant. Breakfast and parking are included in the room rate. A great place to hide out for a romantic weekend. Only 16 rooms, so make your reservations early. Also, a good place for a solo respite.
