The family sweet was OK but needs some things to be great. The front door on a family sweet needs to have a chain or manual dead bolt. The kids bed is by the front door to the room and if a child sleeps in that bed he/she could pull the door handle down and walk out the front door....

I needed a place locally to conduct a business meeting for aprox 20 participants. The Richland Inn was chosen as my best option. The property offers easy access with free drive up parking. Private entrances which facilitated unloading car . This property is clean, casual and easy to find.

Husband & I stayed 2 nights & found the accessible room was comfortable and pretty nicely furnished & clean. We asked for the first floor as there is no elevator. My contacts with the reservation staff in advance were pleasant & friendly. We had to leave to volunteer at a clinic before breakfast, but it looked like the basic fair...

We stayed for 5 nights in a Double Room located in the same building as the lobby. Upon arriving, there were two police cruisers in the parking lot. Initially concerned, we spoke with the officers and they assured us it was a safe location, that they were not there for any bad reason. The room itself was a little less...

The lobby was just as clean and a VERY nice elderly lady greeted us and checked us in. Our room seemed to be one of the newly renovated ones with a...

We came there from Michigan on a church visit. We got there and the lady at the desk(don't know her name but older lady) was rude. We ask could she change a channel on the tv just so we could check the score of a game and she said we couldn't touch her control. She was watching a movie. Then...

Had to request the sheets be changed as there was something really disgusting stuck to the inside of the bed sheets. When I called the desk about the sheets, they answered the phone by saying "Yeah, what? Um.. Front Desk." The room was so humid that everything felt wet to the touch. I did get to enjoy the housekeeping staff...

Poor and antiquated reservation system. Call, leave a message and they will call back to set reservation (which they didn't). Unfriendly check-in, very basic and old room, very boring and basic continental breakfast, unfriendly staff, flies in the room. The good? TV and remote worked well. $90 per night with tax for how poor it was is overpriced. One-star old-time...
