This B&B was terrific. We came in after hours so they had a key waiting for us, lights on in our room and dessert left in the fridge. The staff are just the sweetest people. Definitely take the evening cruise around the lake! (Thanks Jerry). Don't stay at a chain get to know the locals.

Customer Service extremely friendly and helpful. I initially called to see if a specific room was available for March 29th and about the details of the location and special package they were offering at the time. I found it through Groupon, but the front desk lady told me that they were offering the same package and I could book it...

The King Suite was lovely and very comfortable! The staff was super friendly and spoiled us with yummy desserts, a boat ride, and delicious hot breakfast daily! Great place to just relax and forget about the world. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

It was everything and more. We had red carpet treatment from the first steps in the door until our departure. Angie and Greg were great! The sunset tour of the lake was fantastic for pictures. Relaxing, beautiful, and more than just comfort.

I am not an easy person to please, but I can honestly say this is one of the nicest, most unique places I have ever stayed. I don't have one bad thing to say about the entire trip. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and are very friendly, but in a genuine way. The...

We stayed there again a few days ago and had another wonderful time! The inn was decorated for the holidays and it is just lovely. We stayed in a different suite on the top floor and it was as beautiful as the first one. Our suite was (as usual) VERY nice and EXTREMELY CLEAN (one of the first things I...

We found this place on Groupon and decided to give it a try for 2 nights. Overall, there are pros and cons to the place. The outside space is beautiful with great views of the lake. When we arrived check-in was easy and Shaina escorted us to our room and told us about the boat ride and candlelight dessert hours....

We were only here for one night but I felt more relaxed than I have in awhile. Don't expect 5 star accommodations but the staff and added features make up for it! You get a sunset cruise on Douglas Lake, a candlelight desert (that is truly deadly!) and a buffet breakfast! The building is old but fixed up very nicely!...

Liked the small quaint town of Dandridge. The Inn is small and has a nostalgic feel. Had to climb over spouse to get in or out of bed. Extremely weak water pressure. The hike to the boat for the boat ride was a bit difficult and tricky. The staff is kind and friendly. Had to climb many steps to get...

This place has good n bad about it. But more bad for us so we won't be back. The staff is super nice n helpful. But the walls n ceilings are very thin so you can hear everything. Plus it is right on the highway so you hear all of the highway noise. I never could find out a way...
