This is a hard question because I am not very familiar with Knoxville. I have passed through on many occasions, but other than staying at Springhill Suites at Turkey Creek I am not a good source. The easiest suggestion I have for you is to use Google maps driving directions app and put in your relative's address with Springhill Suites as your starting point. You can decide from there how many miles you're willing to drive while you're in Knoxville. Happy holidays!
