So disappointed in our original room. A long dark hair on the bathroom floor and on a towel and blood underneath the toilet paper rolls in the bathroom. Front desk was nice and accommodating and got us into another room, but first impressions are everything. I'm still disgusted from that blood.

While driving to New England we decided to make Knoxville our stop for the day. First impression was a nice clean lobby. The woman on the front desk was dealing with some kind of computer issue with Best Western perhaps central. Not really sure. She kept apologizing for our delay in getting checked in but it really wasn't that long....

Spent three nights here for Easter weekend. Everything in the room worked, wifi was fast, items were free from wear, and clean. The staff was friendly but there was little need to contact since everything was right. The free breakfast included scrambled eggs with either bacon or sausage patties each morning in addition to the usual carbs. Much better than...

Check out was easy with a very friendly I would assume manager. Great value and most important clean beds, bath and room. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay at this Best Western. Room was clean, internet was great. Some patch work in the bathroom area but overall we were very pleased. Breakfast was ample. Shopping centre near by and restaurants.

Other travelers mentioned internet trouble and I had the same experience. AC unit smelled musty; would have slept with the window open if it had a screen. Not sure how a second floor window can be unprotected like that; a small child could fall out.

Motel has very clean room and bath. Updated and comfortable rooms. Great value with full breakfast. Location right off of main highway. Both Best Westerns in the Knoxville area are attractive, clean and a great value.

The entire staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. Could hear road noise from the freeway, (to be expected). Breakfast was very good the staff working the breakfast station were very nice and helpful. They kept the food and drink fully stocked.
