GOING TO KNOXVIllE? SUGGEST YOU TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS !!! Myself and 21 friend’s decided to take a trip to Knoxville TN, this past weekend. Prior to visiting we had booked rooms at the “INN OF KNOXVILLE” it was a place where we could rest our heads, and at the time it was willing to accommodate 22 of... More

The towels were stained. The comforter had burn holes in it. The tub grips were starting to turn black. And there were bugs in the bed. My sister and I ended up sleeping on top of the covers because it was a holiday weekend and nowhere else had vacancies.

The outside of the hotel is lacking, and looks run down because it is. The room looked clean but a closer look was a whole different picture. The room had no coffee pot, no ref.,no clock and no remote for the TV. The hotel ice machine was broke. There was a died roach in the bathroom and baby died roach... More

I should have checked Trip Advisor before booking on Agoda. I selected for location and price for which I was satisfied. BUT this place is a real "treat". The plastic wrap over the mattress first caught our eye, then the lack of a blanket, poor quality towels, old AC unit with poor controls, and very minimal service - in 4... More

Located in a filthy section of town. Accompanied restaurant is closed down. Advertised internet accesss does not exist. All towels had stains on them. Hair was found in several areas of the bathroom. Small, cheap TV with broken remote. No coffee/coffee maker, no iron/ironing board. Beds, and pillows were uncomfortable. Interior walls looked like unfinished exterior stucco. Filthy shower. Curtain... More

While we appreciate you taking the time to bring these problems to our attention, this review is nearly 2 years old. Since that time the motel has been completely renovated. This is not a "filthy section of town" - we are located off Interstate 40 in a commercial / residential area between the Knoxville Zoo and the University of Tennessee.... More

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We wanted something reasonable in price for a Football Game weekend. Big mistake ever. You get what you pay for. The room we stayed in smelled like mildew , bathroom was dirty. My kids got bit by spiders that where all over the bed. Pulling the covers back from the... More

After contacting several hotels that were charging over $60, I found this place that charged me less than $40. The guy at the front desk helped me find a place to eat nearby, and gave me extra towels, and supplies when i asked. The employees went above and beyond giving me service and they even extended checkout for me by... More

This hotel is immediately off the exit and is under $40 a night. I booked it using the Red Carpet Inn website 1-800# and was given a king on the ground floor and the girl that made my reservation boasted about there being a restaurant on-site. When I got there the guy behind the counter did not have my reservation... More

This is the most disgusting, sorry excuse for a hotel I have ever been to. If you are thinking about staying here, run away and don't look back!! There was blood splattered all over the bed (see attached picture!), cobwebs everywhere, the towels were completely stained, grime in the tub.... I could go on and on. Just say no.

It was horrible. The motel is run down. When I asked the obnoxious guy at the front desk -if the property was safe he told me if I didn't feel safe to leave and if I didn't like it there I should go somewhere else! I was exhausted and it was late but in retrospect I should have taken his... More
