Quiet a big hotel. Very clean. Staff are friendly. Room sizes are good and bathrooms are good. It's close to a shopping center and has a store on the premises which is beneficial. Free parking and wifi. Overall experience is great considering I only stayed for one night.

Not as comfortable as a Premier Inn. Tired bedroom furniture. A group travel experience with just a choice of two main meals, eaten in a dark room with Romanesque faux painted walls. There was plenty of room in the dining area. Breakfast was better.

The room was overlooked through two windows by other rooms. There was a mezzanine roof outside the window. The door would not lock. When I went down to tell reception, the lights were off. Not so when I came back up. The WiFi was very restrictive. I found that attempting to browse to the Polish Solidarnosc site, I was told...

Had read so many bad reviews i was a bit concerned about staying here. I went armed with ear plugs and a top (3rd) floor room request after reading the 'noisy disco' reviews. We (myself aged 55 & daughter) were given a fab corner room. Spacious & airy with classic furnishings. Immaculately clean with 2 comfy chairs, huge mirror, comfy...

Stayed beginning of September, staff friendly and helpful. Only had breakfasts, very nice. Grumpys Bar served excellent meals. No complaints with the room, or any noise. Would definitely stay here again

Very happy with our 2 night stay, arrived earlier than stated check in time and was given our room without question. Room was a good size and perfectly functional. Bathroom was very nice. Tea and coffee supplied and re stocked for next day. We used the vista bar for one drink after a long day out and enjoyed the view...

I booked this hotel last minute and relatively blindly, banking on a 4* status. I will say that the housekeeping staff were quite attentive, while the soul of other staff members seemed to be as worn as the fixtures and fittings. Overall, and especially my room, it was a poor B&B from the 90s, with public areas filled with plastic...

My boyfriend and I wanted to stay in Dublin for a night in a nice hotel where we could relax, and enjoy a nice dinner. Many hotels were booked out and I finally found the Plaza. We always stay in 4 stars hotel and this one is said to be 4 stars so we did expect to have a 4...

Came up to tallaght for two nights on some business. My room stinks of cigarettes. I gave up smoking a couple of months ago and it never bothered me on till tonight. Went down to the girl on reception and she said the hotel was full and wasn't able to do anything for me. I went into the bar for...

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. However, if you're wanting peaceful sleep, this is not the place to stay. The noise outside was horrendous on a weekend night, and the windows aren't even close to soundproof, then before 5 am a leafblower or vacuum or something loud started as apparently the clean up effort from the mayhem the...
