Mostly clean, and included the standard continental breakfast. But the room was shabby, with very slow internet service. The price was reasonable, however, when booked online ahead of time. We were here to attend an auction, and there are not many hotels to choose from in this town. You get what you pay for.

We were relocating to the area and needed a place for a few days while sorting out home closing. After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor had went to the Richland Inn as they were the best and we had stayed at others in the past. It only had one extremely over priced room (165 a night ) due to... More

We had the opportunity to visit this charming city and were very hesitant to stay at this motel due to the reviews. Our worries were unfounded, the motel room was spacious and clean. The carpets show some wear but other than that it is as nice as a pricey hotel room. The staff was very pleasant, the pool clean and... More

We stayed here for one night in April 2012. We were just passing through, and this was the cheapest hotel we could find. Our party had two rooms, and both were better than expected. You can definately tell that the place is older, but has been redone at some time in the past. The desk attendant said that they became... More

The Villa Inn is no longer a Best Western. Perhaps there's some other reason why, but I would not be surprised if it lost its standing because it's poorly run. We spent two nights here while in town to visit family. Our room was painted a dark color and had a slippery, dark quilt on the bed. There were stains... More

We had 3 rooms for 3 nights. We have stayed here in the past and while it's never been anything great, it used to be fine. Of our 3 rooms, 2 of them had ants all around the bathroom area. We came back late night after a wedding and one room key would not work. We spent 20 minutes ringing... More

We were surprised at the low quality of this Best Western hotel! Although it looks newer outside, the interior conditions reflect the older age of this hotel. Our room was located on the second floor of the "back" building (Room 402). The outside stairs to climb up to the room were unusually steep and dangerous for older guests who are... More

Friendly staff. Remodeld rooms. Comfortable bed. Carpet had not been stretched properly. Carpet did not reach the tack strip leaving a gap between the carpet and the bathroom floor. Stepping on tack strip with bare feet hurts! Food crumbs on the blanket on the bed upon turning down the bed. Fingernail clippings on the floor next to the night stand.... More

“Stay somewhere else. It is gross here. I know there is not much of a selection of hotels in this town but I'm moving to the Richland Inn hotel across the street tomorrow. It cost a little more but has to be better than this dusty mess.”

“If you stay in the back building facing east you will have the Sun Rise in the morning, so if you are a late sleeper, opt for the other side of the building. Their are smoking rooms I believe but we had a non smoking.”
