I love waking up to views of the shore and grazing cows from my hotel. One does not experience this too often. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The ventilation was not ideal, but the staff was courteous, helpful and kind. Warning -- the front desk is not staffed during certain slower hours. But you can usually find someone...

The hotel was not what I expected, it was much more. From the time we arrived on the ferry to the time we left on the ferry. The hotel staff were excellent and as for the food, one word, exceptional. We will be back next year for a longer stay.

Whether you are looking to escape to a quiet retreat house for the weekend or party at the hostel whilst getting some light or heavy fitness riding bikes around the island taking photos, then this is the place for you. I relaxed, took time out reading, riding and photography as well as partied the nights away with strangers at the...

My friend and I popped in to the Hotel for dinner here during our stay on the islands at the weekend. The restaurant was busy but not unbearably so. The staff were attentive and friendly, although they did forget to bring us our second round of drinks as the waitress got sidetracked! We relaxed near the fire and had chicken...

Stopped here as part of a pre-arranged lunch with CIE tours. Food was excellent with great service. Vegetable soup as a starter seems to be a staple in the Irish restaurants and it's good no matter when you get it. Salmon and chicken dishes were good also. Nice comfortable restaurant. Definitely recommend.
