We visited this hotel / bar for food. The experience was really disappointing. The hotel itself is not in keeping with the rural feel of the island. It is modern big and very little character. The staff are not particularly helpful or friendly. This hotel would sit better in a busy city centre. .

Overall I would stay here again. I stayed in a family room which was clean and very spacious. We also had a great bathroom and a lovely balcony. Unfortunately our room door did not lock properly; there seemed to be a problem with the lock. We raised this with reception who said they would try get someone to look at...

Very nice hotel with great views of the lagoon. Relaxing chill-out area upstairs. Nice bar and restaurant looking out over the water. The Guinness and the food were great. Staff very nice and helpful too. Brilliant shower!

So I don't give a lot of 5s out - that's by design. And this is not a HUGE 5, but I feel that all things considered it is, indeed a 5. It's a very contemporary looking, upscale hotel in a very unusual spot. Inishbofin has a populatio of about 200 people so you don't expect something posh - but...

Was in this hotel in September 2016 and had a super time. The staff were very friendly even though it was coming to the end of a long season for most who have worked on the island since march. Although it was not over busy in midweek they were great and the breAkfast was super. This is a lovely located...

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, the view from our room was picture post card; amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff very very nice and helpful but the food was atrocious. I had a vegetarian stir fry that was swimming in a bowl of soya sauce, even though I was hungry I could not eat...

Good value, helpful staff for the most part and good breakfast and evening meals. There was an issue with hot water on all three nights of our stay, we were keen to shower after coming off the boat on a wet evening on the first evening. For guests staying off season, there was no food available in the bar until...
