We felt welcomed and appreciated. Our room was very nice and comfortable. There is nothing fancy about this b&b, but it was cozy and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was well-presented, fresh, and delicious.

The views from the B&B are wonderful, the mountain behind you and the sea before you. The hostess is accomodating, full of chat and good information and takes care to see that you are well situated at breakfast. The rooms either have views of the mountain or the sea. The drawbacks to the B&B are that there is often a...

We arrived near the end of our trip to Ireland. Shirley was very accommodating, pleasant and had great suggestions. Breakfast, views and accommodations top-notch. This is what service is all about!

We had the pleasure of staying with Shirley and Jack in Errisbeg Lodge over the weekend of the Connemarathon. This was our second visit and I'm delighted to say that we enjoyed ourselves even more this time around! The location of Errisbeg Lodge is truly spectacular; two gorgeous deserted beaches (Dog's Bay and Gurteen) are a couple of minutes stroll...

My family and I stayed in Errisbeg Lodge on our 10-day driving trip around central Ireland. We found this B&B to be comfortable and very well located. The Errisbeg area is really nice. Great hiking out the back, including the family ponies and old famine cottages. The coast is just across the road, and Dog's Bay strand was really wonderful....

This place has a magical location. The lodge is truly perched on a remarkable hillside with a beautiful network of beaches just below (as represented in their promotions). While we were there, the daylight cascaded across the hills and water in an amazing fashion between clouds and sun. A full moon rose above the water at dusk -- wow. Unforgetable....

We arrived at Roundstone around 3:30 p.m. and decided to go directly to our b&b. The view was stunning and the home very nice on the outside. Apparently we were a little early as our host was not home but came shortly and told us check-in was not until 4:00. We found our room a little small but adequate. The...

Errisbeg Lodge is a wonderful place to stay. We were there for 2 nights with the best hospitality you can find in Ireland! The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was wonderful and the views of the bay were gorgeous. A very nice morning hike up to the peak of Errisbeg Mountain was breathtaking and an afternoon swim in the bay...

This is an awesome place to stay! I cannot say enough good things about Shirley and her lodge. She is a wonderful hostess. Friendly, gracious and goes out of her way to help you feel comfortable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nice amenities like hotpots, tea/coffee and local books. The location cannot be beat! Just a few minutes walk...

This was a wonderful B&B right on the sea. Shirley the hostess was wonderful. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The ponies in the backyard were a big hit with my children. The access to the beach was easy and the scenery was breathtaking. Roundstone was a one minute drive away. This is definitely a must, if...
