This is one of the best b&bs we have stayed in. Nancy and Tom are great hosts, they have a wonderful, friendly charm and really care about their guests. Nancy will not let you go without either freshly based cake or bread every day, that's on top of the tasty breakfasts - you have to try her crepes at least... More

The thatch provides the first clue. The peat fire welcomes you to the common room. And Nancy & Thomas complete the old time hospitality that we wish were more prominent elsewhere. What a lovely stay! The room was super and the breakfasts the same. A true treat to share their space with them The only regret? Not having more time... More

Four of us stayed with Nancy and Tom for three nights on our tour of the Wild Atlantic Way, and they made us very welcome. The bedroom had fantastic views over the sea and the bedroom was large and bright. Nancy made the best full Irish along with the best homemade scones I have ever tasted. Tom gave us information... Thomas and Nancy were absolutely the best b&b hosts we have ever had. They were so welcoming and friendly that it felt like coming home to family. We stopped in the area at last minute looking for a place to stay and were lucky to have found this place. The wifi in the common seating area is nice as you... More

It has WIFI and ensuite bathrooms. There are ocean views from many of the rooms. The pete fired gathering room is a welcome sanctuary from a trip to Connemara. We have stayed with Nancy three times in the last eight years and hope to return again. The thatched cottage is beautiful and authentic, but has all modern conveniences -- including wifi and en suite bathrooms. Nancy's cooking is delicious, whether it's the traditional full Irish breakfast, delicious apple crepes or her bread, baked over the open fire. Ocean views... More

This was a wonderful place to stay on our trip around Ireland. We were greeted with whiskey rum cake and hot tea upon arrival. Nancy let us know how we could get to the beach for a nice relaxing walk. She gave suggestions for dinner. When we got back to the house there was a fire in the sitting room... More

Stay at Clock na Scith B&B and treat your senses. The cottage's thatched roof is charming, the smell of the peat fireplace in the common room memorable and the Irish breakfast simply delicious. If we could wish for one thing, it would be wifi inside the bedroom rather than just in the lounge, but otherwise a lovely, memorable experience.
