Cliff at Lyons is an authentic old irish house set in the middle of the Lyons estate. Less than one hour from Dublin but still quite remote. Great bedrooms with superb beds and views of the estate. Good location for a quiet night or two away but not for a group looking for night life. We ate in the restaurant...

I couldn't speak highly enough of the ambience & natural beauty found at the Cliff. Food, service & friendliness were on par with the best Ireland can offer. To truly keep it a magical venue please don't forget the essentials,I found the toiletries lacking,no tissues, hand soap or adequate shower gel left in an otherwise lovely spacious bathroom. The lack of bottled water...

Cliff at Lyons was an experience my wife and I enjoyed from the moment we booked in until we left. We only stayed overnight but we would have gladly stayed longer. The location along the Grand Canal is great if you are interested in walking or cycling. The rooms are first class and very clean and comfortable. One slight criticism...

Thanks To Cliff at Lyons for hosting a fun Easter Day for families. The kids loved running around solving the 10 clues spelling out the word Easter Eggs which allowed them to collect a bag of eggs at the end. Having Wooly Wards Farm there too topped their excitement off. Great face painter toi. Lovely coffee in the cafe also....

Arrived without booking but the staff accommodated us without fuss. Menu is simple in its offering (which I like ). We ordered the Ravioli & a Beetroot Salad to start and both were superbly executed. Mains were a 1/2 Roast Chicken & the Hake. The Chicken was beautifully cooked and garnished with Chips & Quinoa Salad, and the Hake sat...

What a beautiful spot. We went to a fantastically well organised family Easter Egg Hunt today in the estate. The kids really enjoyed running around gathering all of the clues and getting their reward at the end of it. It is a beautiful spot run by lovely friendly staff who are really there to help out. The animal petting farm...

We had a lunchtime family get together (x10, 3 of which were children) which was not a problem for the cafe. It was a small cafe which felt exclusive, especially when they were regularly turning people away, so adviseable to book. Menu choices were good from a steak dinner to ham & cheese toastie. Relaxed atmosphere in lovely grounds.

This has to be one of the best and most beautiful venues that I have every stayed at. As soon as me and my partner walked up the red carpet and over a little stream we where greeted by the most friendliest staff you could ever meet. They took our bags and walked us to the hotel lobby. It was here...
