We would like to thank Kathleen for helping to make our holiday in Ireland such a wonderful time. The room was warm and inviting, well appointed, and the breakfast each morning was a delight. We would thoroughly recommend this "five"-star B&B to family and friends. It was close to Kilkenny and within easy reach of most of the county's highlights....

Moate Farm B and B, highly recommended by a friend. After a long day of traveling we met Kathleen and had delightful scones and tea. The place was tastefully decorated and felt cozy and like I was at my Aunties house. The beds were comfy and fresh. We woke up to a delightful breakfast and a wonderful cup of bodum...

We were driving along Kilkenny when we find out there is an art festival in town and decided to stay the night. Kathleen always ensured that one was well looked after. Certainly stay there again on...

Three of us spent two days at Moate Farm in June and wished we could have stayed longer. Kathleen and Jack together provided us with the most interesting B and B stay during the two weeks we spent on Irish roads. It was the only working farm we stayed at and we were curious about rural Ireland and greatly appreciated...

Kathleen is a wonderful host and takes pride in providing the best for her guests. She is very chatty and friendly, serves up a fantastic breakfast, and gave us suggestions for our evening meal too. Definitely a place to go back to on our next trip to Ireland. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for one night as I was working away from home. I usually stay in large hotels but thought I would try a B&B for a change. Kathleen takes a genuine pride in providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast in the morning was prepared by herself and to your liking. If you are in the vicinity why not put...
