Great Place! Mary is a very friendly Host. Room quality was good, breakfast was also very good. The house is between rosses point and sligo, so you need a car or a cab to get anywhere. We would stay again.

Mary was so welcoming and was an amazing host we felt like we were at home. The location was perfect and the gardens were beautiful. The Radisson hotel is across the road which was convenient. We are looking forward to our next trip already!

We had a great, quiet, night at the Philmar House. Beautiful, spotlessly clean home, great parking, and even a bit of dog time if you liked - you're even greeted at the front gates by 2 statues of canine 'guards'. Located between the town and the point, and well set off the main road, the place is well suited if...

It's a cozy little home located right in between town and Rosses Point, which is a plus if you want to see both. The host was wonderful: she was helpful with things to do; she offered to drive me and my friend to local sites; and she served the most generous portion of food I've seen so far in any...
