We stayed for two nights in a spotless, comfortable and attractive room...time to enjoy the superb and ample Irish breakfast! Zdenek and Cathy were very welcoming and helpful, checking if there was anything we needed when we came and went. The setting of the guesthouse, just outside Ferns, is rural and peaceful with easy parking. It is not the easiest...

My husband and I arrived at Corcoran's Lodge after a hectic week working all over Ireland. We were tired and hungry. Cathy & Zdenek greeted us warmly at the door and led us to our beautiful room in their superb privately located home. After a quick shower and change we were directed to The Courtyard restaurant where we enjoyed a...

I stayed for only one night and I absolutely loved the place! super cozy house and rooms, and Zdenek & Cathy are lovely, super friendly people, one of the things I enjoyed the most was the time we spent having a chat with a cup of tea. And I have no words to describe how good the Irish breakfast was...

I booked a room at Corcoran's Lodge for seven nights, and this was the perfect place to stay! It is impeccably maintained, run by a delightful couple who clearly love what they do. Breakfast, served at times that best suited guests rather than the cook, included an artistically arranged fresh fruit plate, yogurt, homemade brown bread, OJ, and a piping...

Beautiful house and garden with lovely comfortable rooms. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making a stay here a wonderful experience - super comfortable beds, rainfall shower heads, top-notch Irish breakfast, chocolate bars in the rooms with the tea and coffee, and fresh milk available close by. Cathy was really welcoming, attentive and accommodating.

Extremely well appointed guest house. Lovely grounds with the most accommodating hosts I have come across on this trip. The breakfast was freshly cooked and extremely tasty and plentiful. The guest house is a bit remote but Cathy has a friend who is a local taxi driver. So no problems getting to and from the guest house. I would definitely...

House is beautiful and spotless. I loved everything. Cathy really went out of her way to accommodate my diet restriction. My only regret is that we had to leave. To find the house using a GPS, go to Ferns first and then use the coordinates. Otherwise, you'll be directed through the back roads.
