We booked a Long overdue Family break with 2 young kids to try and get away from it all and rest. The hotel is good but this weekend there was a kick boxing competition on so the place was packed. Our room #105 is 10 feet away from the main hotel entrance and there were smokers singing, chatting, arguing and...

We stayed in the Ashdown Park Hotel in December 2016 and had a lovely break. So, when it came to choosing a venue for our wedding it was a definite contender. We visited their Wedding Fair in January, seen the spectacular ballroom set up and booked our date on the spot! The staff were incredibly helpful and worked with us...

Hotel is nice & comfortable. Although shower pressure was poor and water was cold in the evening and the following morning, which given the cost per night and the fact the hotel is advertised as 4 star is not acceptable.

Comfortable bed, basic room. There was a wedding on both nights we stayed and so there was a lot of noise into the night right under us which wasn't so relaxing. Pleasant staff overall and food was okay although nothing special. You can hear the loud workout music coming from the gym when getting a massage in the spa which...

Stayed here overnight and attended a wedding. Upgraded my room and it was well worth it. Large room with huge comfortable bed. Great bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower. Wedding meal was really good and great coffee dock in the lobby with super scones and cakes. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful even though the hotel was extra busy...

We stayed here for one night the first week and January and enjoyed it so much we booked again for another night 2 weeks later. As usual the food in the bar was lovely and the service couldn't be faulted. You are always greeted with a smile at reception. Will return again and recommend.
