Had an overnight stay on one of the packages and in the family room. It was sensational and terrific value - the meal package was superb. But the best surprise was the family room - well decked out and a 'kids enclave' that was very well received. Would be a great Dublin weekend getaway and will definitely return. Then there...

Had a disappointing visit here with my elderly mother. Stopped for lunch deciding on soup and scone .... both reasonable however where this hotel is let down is with its service. The bar wasn't overly busy for the two staff however the lack of desire and ability prevented them from tending to the customers. It was farcical really... took 20...

The thing that struck me about this hotel predominantly was the friendliness of the staff. The manager in charge of the wedding party Paul was brilliant. It's a great wedding venue, beautiful area. We had an amazing time. Good food too. Highly recommend it.

If you want a spectacular location for your event, the Glendalough Hotel is the place to go! We held our Christmas party in the Bistro and were treated like VIPs for the night. The food was fabulous, service was second to none and the atmosphere was electric. I couldn't recommend it enough. Paul looked after us to the best and...

I visited the hotel a few time during my stay in Ireland this summer. I had the chance to have one of the suit and only 15euros to upgrade for a 4 course meal !! The meal was delicious and we could enjoy a pool party after that at the pub. After that I came back to have lunch with...

Stayed for one night. Good value for money in an excellent location. At reception we we're offered a great deal to eat at the hotel restaurant, Casey's, 15euro per head for a 3 course meal. The food was also excellent. The rooms were clean & tidy and the staff were friendly & very helpful. Would totally recommend for a weekend...

I would absolutely recommend staying at the Glendalough hotel. The location is fantastic and is right on top of the Glendalough Monastic site and numerous other attractions in the area. The rooms were older, but they were fine. The food was great, and the place just felt very genuine. This would be an awesome place to come with a significant...

Nice, some rooms rather small for 2 people, so far no internet access in the rooms. Food good, service kind, but in some aspects not efficient (at dinner the bread arrived always much too late, tea for breakfast not well prepared in sufficient quantities). Very well situated for the Glendalough Visitors Centre and the old monastery site.

Called in here for coffee after stoping at Glendalough visitors centre which is terrible. Scones and muffins looked good. Staff very friendly. Great service. Start your walk here. They also have an open fire.
