Spent a night in Trooperstown Wood Lodge to visit Glendalough forest park. This B&B had a great location and it was easy to visit Glendalough. All staff were friendly and very accommodating, they helped us get around the town and book dinner reservations.
We were very warmly welcomed by our host, were very comfortable in our room, and the breakfast we enjoyed at the Wicklow Heather restaurant was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

We will not have a car. Can we get to the Visitor Center to hike to the lakes from this lodge?
Also-we will be taking St. Kevin's bus-do we take it to the Visitor Center or do we take it to Laragh? We are fine doing some walking.
