I stayed 2 nights while doing the Wicklow Way and really enjoyed it! I've been welcomed so friendly and Erika is such a helpful person who puts a lot effort in making the guests feel comfortable from the very first minute. The shuttle to the restaurant was simply perfect as well as breakfast and dinner. I would definitely recommend this...

Margo was wonderful, so friendly, helpful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. The B&B was in a good position for touring the area and close to the beautiful Glendalough. A taxi service was provided to the Wicklow Heather restaurant for evening meals and easy to arrange. The room was cosy and comfortable and tea, coffee and biscuits available downstairs....

Stayed here last weekend for one night. Lovely location and great food in the Wicklow heather. Will be back if we can get a booking. Always booked out which says it all. Great new walk just across the road. Avonmore way. Suitable for not too experienced walkers. 5 hrs to complete both ways.

A huge shower with amazing water pressure and fluffy towels felt almost sinfully good after a long day of walking. Toiletries and a...

The staff at Trooperstown Wood Lodge we very attentive, friendly and happy to stop and chat and help in every way. I initially booked to stay one night but that soon extended to three after we realised we had stumbled across a little gem. Booked two nights after flight into Dublin. Erica, the manager was very solicitous, warm, and friendly. She phoned the associated Wicklow Heather to hold dinner for our 9 PM+ arrival. Shuttle taxi available for breakfast and dinner, free, to this restaurant. Great place to recover from jet lag. Easy commute to St Kevin's ruins. Multiple sitting rooms provided nice options...
