Hi Honest J
Routes 13, 21 & 23 all go out and back past the hotel. The stop on the timetables is listed as Hotel de France N or S, these are both right outside the hotel. Route 20 also comes past the hotel heading to Liberation Station. Reception can let you know which bus is due next and Liberybus have a 'Track my bus' website that can also show which bus is due.
