This review is in relation to the restaurant and not the hotel. A group of us took part in a Ghost Tour evening at Sausmarez Manor and the Seigneur, Peter de Sausmarez, recommended Saints Bay Hotel for a specially priced after Ghost Tour dinner. We didn't have the Ghost Tour dinner but we did enjoy the £15 November Fest menu... More

A good place to eat as the food is really good, staff are very attentive and there is a good bar, however the restaurant ambiance lets it down, rather lifeless and soulless, which is a shame given how good the rest of the experience was

I visited here for a few days and found that the staff were very helpful. The place is a little dated but the facilities were good enough. The breakfast and dinner was really nice. There was not too much to do as it was not in the height of the season, however the staff were helpful enough to guide us... More

Having spent several years visiting this hotel it seems in decline. The manager did not seem to have any customer focus and explained to us that the bar would shut early if no one was in. We were shiut out of the bar on one night and asked fellow customers to keep a foot in the door for us until... More

My wife and I booked a weekend break from Jersey . On arrival we were greeted and given keys to the room . The room was clean and spacious with a heater and extra blanket provided if needed . The evening meal was well presented , the staff were polite and attentive . Everything you would expect to be provided... More

We booked for a weekend in the Saints Bay hotel, when arriving on the Friday evening there was no one working on reception, just the keys on the desk to collect. When going to our room the room smelt and was freezing so when asking if we could have a new room, we received terrible customer service as the manager... More

Went here for afternoon tea which was very pleasant. A good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Disappointing that the cream was not fresh Guernsey cream but they did apologize and say there was a problem. The waiter was very casually dressed in jeans and a t shirt and I did see him manning the reception and also removing the pool... More

I have stayed at many hotels on the island, however this by far is superior in hospitality. The staff here are friendly and attentive to ensuring the guests really enjoy their stay. The chef ..... Well, what can I say. He really does pay attention to detail, the food is amazing and I can't recommend his culinary skills enough. A... More

This is a three star hotel where the staff are very friendly and the food is very good. It is set in pleasant area not far from the clifftop footpath. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel is due for internal re-decoration as it is a little rundown but nothing that a coat of paint would... More
