Fabulous hotel, very polite and helpful staff, restaurant is excellent, not a huge menu, however could of eaten there all week. Great fresh fish, cooked superbly and presented well. Coffee lounge and patisserie outstanding! St Peters Port was disappointing, could do with this hotel opening its own coffee shop and patisserie there. Will definitely be back, so get baking chef!

We visited the Hotel Jerbourg for a five day stay to chill out and relax. What a great choice this turned out to be. The location although slightly remote had stunning views of the smaller channel islands and across the western approaches. The hotel itself was very comfortable and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Although we had problems with...

We arrived as a couple for a 5 day break , we were greeted warmly and were awarded room 17 on the first floor , the first thing you will notice however is the large amount of stairs required to your room if on an upper floor , not a problem for us but it has to be mentioned it...

We went as a party of 8 for Sunday lunch and found the place to be heaving. We were seated at our table and it took a while for our drinks order then another while for our food order to be taken. The Sunday deal is a min of 2 courses and with some older folk this was too much...

Spent 3 nights at the hotel in September and really enjoyed our stay. Lovely spacious room overlooking the pool and gardens and straight out onto the clifftop walks in either direction with views across to the other Channel Islands and France. Staff very helpful and always willing to help out with any requests. Lots of fish and seafood on the...

Spent three very comfortable days here, the room we had was part of the newer extension well worth paying the extra for the space and the comfy chairs and bed settee. There was a private patio, it was too hot to use! Just a tad disappointed that ground floor rooms look towards shrubs which hide the stunning views to Jersey,...

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting on the cliffs at Jerbourg Point. We had an upper floor room overlooking the sea and fog some days. The pool was a great feature and just nice to relax on the warmer days. The staff were very helpful and did what they could go make the stay pleasurable and fuss free. The food,...

The location couldn't be better, right at Jerbourg Point with the coastal trail in either direction, north towards Fermain Bay or west towards Petit Port. Reception was lukewarm but competent. The accommodations are basic and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure and lots of hot water. I didn't like the fluorescent lighting. The room is...

We had a lovely stay at hotel Jerbourg. Staff were so friendly, nothing too much trouble, gave good advice on what to see and do. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Our room had an amazing view, over looking the sea and other islands. The food was great. Buffet breakfast. An amazing choice of cakes for afternoon tea. We...
