Excellent base for visiting the local area. We were there for the Brixham Pirates Festival (which was fabulous!) Beautiful views of Torbay from the public rooms and all the doubles, and even a bit of a view from my comfortable single! Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality with plenty of selection - but could have been available perhaps half...

Suzie and Gabriel made us feel very welcome. Parking on site and free Wi-fi. Comfortable, clean and bright rooms. Fantastic breakfast with a good choice. Superb views across the Bay. And the sun shone all weekend!

This is a nice place to stay. Clean and functional with good parking too. The owners are nice people and chatty, and didn't mind us leaving our car after we'd checked out so that we could have a few last hours in the town before setting of for home. We'd certainly stay there again if in that area. Thank you...

Had a really nice holiday staying at The Shoalstone recently. The owners are friendly and helpful, our room was great and had a beautiful view out over the sea. The breakfasts were excellent. A very nice place to stay and we would very happily spend a holiday there again.

We really enjoyed our stay, we were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The establishment was clean and the food was good and the added bonus was we had somewhere to park. Brixham was a short walk away, once down the steps the harbour walk is most enjoyable. The Prince William does a nice carvery which is...
