This is a fab place to stay! We stayed for the weekend for a wedding and Diane couldn't have been more helpful! Very beautiful old house. We could come and go as we pleased which was beneficial for us, the children were well accommodated for and Diane even went the extra mile offering to put our fussy child's food items...

I stayed here for just one night in June 2015 whilst on a 3 day walk - the West Devon Way + Two Castles Trail - with a friend from Austria. I chose the B and B, initially, for its' location. Okehampton was our finishing point for the days walk but I did not want to stay in the town....

Recommended! Stayed for two nights in May 15, had a very warm welcome and was shown to our room. We had booked our dog in too, and there were even welcome biscuits a bowl and towel laid out for her! Not just towels for us but bath robes too. Very nice touches to make a very comfortable and enjoyable stay....

We stayed here as two couples cycling the Devon Coast to Coast. What a great choice. John and Diane are a lovely welcoming couple and John helped us out when the local pub was fully booked. We had a lovely ensuite room with views to the Moor. The bed and bedding was pristine and so comfortable. Attention to detail here...

We found it very accessible both to initially locate, and to travel out from, to wherever we fancied. Breakfast was a reassuringly good start to our day. Nearby eateries were good especially the Plymouth Arms in Okehampton, we ate out at many other lovely locations. We plan to hopefully repeat our holiday at Hunters Moon next year.

The twin bedroom, Tamar, was delightful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and our hosts were welcoming, friendly and chatty. Very pretty B&B with extra nice touches like bathrobes being available and generous amounts of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which made it a very relaxing evening. Excellent and thoroughly recommend Hunters Moon.

Stayed for one night whilst cycling the Devon Coast to Coast. The twin room is lovely with fabulous bedding and wonderful soft towels. The owners were very friendly and helpful and put our bikes in the garage immediately on arrival. There is a very good pub down the road too.

We stayed here on the second night of our Lands End to John O Groats bike ride. Our bikes were safely stowed in the garage. Everything about Hunters Moon is lovely - the welcome, the beautifully restored cottage, our exquisitely pretty and comfortable bedroom, the location, the breakfast and there's a great pub just down the road in the lovely...
