Central in a lovely small English town... handy for Dartmoor and en route to Cornwall for an overnight. Good foood in the Ring o Bells.... there is also a very good |Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant a hundred yards away and other nice dining within three hiunded yards....More

Lovely place,with great food and friendly staff. Whatever you needed the staff were only to happy to help. Its position in is great for exploring Dartmoor or as we did visiting Paignton zoo.There are other pubs close by but we found ourselves returning to this...More

Small pub that dates back to the 1600s. Great atmosphere attracts locals, tourists and hikers exploring Dartmoor National Park. Dogs are more than welcome throughout. Best to call beforehand with larger dogs as we can recommend the best room.

Dogs are more than welcome in the accommodation. Please provide your own bedding etc. Please call and ask beforehand as we can recommend which room would be best if you have larger dogs.
