Another excellent stay at this very friendly and welcoming B&B in Exmouth. I received a warm welcome with a friendly smile. The King bedroom was large and spacious and very clean. I was served a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning which set me up perfectly for my long working day ahead. A big thank-you to Paula and Gary. I...

We recently stayed at the Rohaven for 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay, the room was clean and tidy and being at the back overlooking the large garden was very quiet. Paula's breakfast was something else, beautifully cooked and very tasty and more than enough. Off road parking was also a plus and we were able to leave...

The room and its ensuite were unusually large; but the decoration was tired and old fashioned. My elderly father had an upstairs room and the shower cubicle had such a large step up that he felt unable to use it. Our superking bed was adequate, there was a comfortable armchair and tea and coffee facilities were good. The breakfast ingredients for...

Stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, clean and tidy, very friendly, ample choice of breakfast. Good off- road parking. A good 15 minute walk to town but excellent bus service with stops close by. Ideally situated on main road for travelling out and about by car.

Enjoyed our stay, Paula made you very welcome. 15 min walk to town, which can be a long way every day if you don't want to take the car. There is a bus that takes you back to hotel if you don't want to walk back. Breakfast as you like it (( literally). Comfortable rooms, and good value for money.

Stayed here for two nights, very nice room, plenty of parking and very good breakfast. Very friendly and very comfy bed. Have stayed in a number of b and bs in and around exmouth and this is definitely one of the better ones. Only one suggestion to make; that although it is requested that you smoke round the side of...

This is an large older style house located towards the outskirts of the town, a 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre. The general appearance of the house is that it is reasonably well kept but perhaps a little old fashioned. We were greeted by Paula who was very friendly and helpful when it came to information about...

Where do I start, not bad points but a little way out of town, that's all I can say as bad point, otherwise this is excellent place to stay with a great comfy and clean room with a big TV on the wall , joy to watch in bed followed by a lovely freshly cooked breakfast in the morning, was...

Stayed here on Saturday, as always a warm and friendly welcome from Paula. The cupcake in the room is a nice touch. Really nice room (#2). Comfortably furnished and not at all cramped. Makes a nice change to have a wall-mounted tv that's big enough to be visible from the sitting up in bed position. Very nice cooked breakfast, cooked...
