Lovely hotel very clean and cosy. Bedroom decor very nice and modern shame no wardrobe to put clothes in only a few hangers on the wall. Staff friendly and welcoming and good breakfast choice. Reasonably priced and very comfortable bed. Many thanks. Shall return in the future when visiting family and friends again.

My son, his crew and I came in for the weekend so they could sail in an event at Exe Sailing Club. The hotel is a short walk to the Sailing Club, to parking where we could leave our boat and into town. The breakfast was really good and plentiful - and really fast. We would definitely stay there again...

The whole place seemed clean, and the staff were welcoming in a polite way. With a little attention to a few things this could be great. My room (20) was spacious, and the bathroom was enormous, although the electric shower was severely under powered. The room lacked anywhere to use a laptop, but the bathroom had a dressing table. Weird...

Booked a double room, on line, with Booking.com. When we arrived we where informed that we had only booked it for one person and not two, very annoying to be told we had to pay another £50 which made our cheap break away, expensive. We where then informed that there was no parking. We had to park 200 yards away...

One night stay. Lovely comfortable room on second floor (no lift). Kingsize bed. There was no hairdryer ??. Breakfast was excellent, good choice hot and cold, fresh fruit. Parking was available at rear of hotel (request when booking)( we thought the room was a bit over priced)

Been to this hotel before in the same room (7) Always good service clean and tidy rooms but the shower room needs attention. Now very tired, mould not being addressed and very tight for space. Breakfast was great and we where allocted parking which was handy as it's difficult to find parking nearby. At £90 a night the shower room...

Was attending a sailing regatta and this place was highly recommended by the sailing club. It's perfectly positioned and take away parking it's spot on. The premium room had a super king-size bed and was excellent, décor fantastic and brilliant facilities...however - no air con and windows that did nothing more then let the noise in. Breakfast was superb -...

Arrived on Sunday to a warm welcome. Our room was clean and bright on the front of the building. The added bathroom was on the other hand was something else. Small in fact very small couldn't even swing a cat. The shower head had a mind of its own, the shower unit was not even fitted to the wall properly....

Found this place by chance after exploring Dartmoor. Well worth a visit - the food is lovely and fresh. Nice laid back atmosphere when we went. My partner had the steamed cod & cauliflower which she said was lovely. I had the lasagne - you could taste all the fresh ingredients

Don't be late for your breakfast at The Dolphin Hotel Exmouth, even 5 minutes late cause you just won't be offered as much as a cup of T or a slice of toast..... Don't ask for a glass of wine at The Dolphin Hotel Exmouth, cause even when the bar is open the lady serving at 10.45pm (15 minutes prior...
