We stayed for two nights as part of package including breakfast and a five course tasting menu. This included taking our little dog. For a 300 year old property the accommodation was very good with a well equipped large room with an equally large bathroom with bath and over shower. We had a double aspect with views over the surrounding...

We have been going to this hotel for several years and we love it. Our Westies do as well. Perfectly comfortable luxury. Super food and an excellent, attentive staff. We look for excuses to go back. I am not easy to please, but this place does it beautifully. Dogs are allowed in most places except the dining room. The ones...

We stayed for one night with our German Shorthaired Pointer, Solo, and to be honest we weren't too sure what to expect from a dog friendly hotel as we hadn't been away with him before. We shouldn't have worried as the hotel and staff were amazing from start to finish. The room was spacious and clean and had a dog...

We arrived in time for tea by the fire - cosy, warm & delicious! Comfortable rooms, superb dinner. This was the highlight of a 4 day trip to Devon & Cornwall. This is a traditional coaching inn offering 5* service at 3* prices.

We dined twice at this hotel, once in the main restaurant and once in the bar attached to the restaurant. The main restaurant was modern smart, but a bit bare. The menu was upmarket and offered an interesting range of wines and dishes. The food and wine was perhaps not up to the standard projected but good nonthe less. In...

Visited the Arundell Arms with my partner for a four night break in February 2017 and were not just pleasantly surprised, we were ‘blown away’ with almost every aspect of the place. We like to escape life's stresses and strains with a long weekend away, at least every six weeks or so, so have a fairly wide appreciation of a...
