A small, family home type B&B run by a very friendly and easy going couple who also make the best marmalade in Devon! Rooms are decorated to a good standard, comfortable bed and a clean shared bathroom.

Absolutely brilliant in every respect with especially good hospitality and service from the owners Nick and Mary, who couldn't do enough for us without being intrusive in any way. My only concern in scoring everything a 5 out of 5 is that I couldn't score it higher! Thankyou

but wish we could have stayed rather than drive home! Everything about the house sparkled: spotlessly clean and very, very welcoming. Nick and Mary radiate warmth and friendship from the moment one meets them and we are delighted that our friends feel so at home when staying with them. Others have said it all here so I'll simply say 'thank... More

I'm normally a hotel person rather than a B&B person, I prefer the anonymity. Last night I had the pleasure of staying with Mary and Nick at the Belgrave. They struck the perfect balance for me, warmly welcoming but not intrusive. A beautiful, spacious, comfortable room with a bathroom that puts many hotel chains to shame. Beautiful surroundings, stunning countryside,... More

Stayed here with a friend for just one night after a wedding nearby. We were looked after superbly by Nick with, amongst other delights, homemade honey, jams, eggs, bread and tomatoes in the morning. Everything was lovely and clean and we felt very comfortable in their beautiful, cosy home.

This is a truly lovely house-homely and comfortable and Nick and Mary make you feel at home straight away. The cottage garden is a delight, boasting all manner of shrubs and plants in a peaceful setting. Take advantage of Mary's home cooking and homemade preserves. Free range eggs for breakfast from the Belgrave 'girls' is a bonus.! We couldn't fault... More

I recently had a two night stay at Belgrave House in South Moulton. It was absolutely wonderful with hosts Mary and Nick being so welcoming and kind. The accommodation was first rate and most comfortable and Mary very kindly provided an excellent evening meal. I can thoroughly recommend Belgrave House and look forward to a return visit in the future.

“Have only stayed in the one room, which was first class, really clean and well decorated and furnished. My only advice would be to give them a ring so that you have clear directions to the house over the last 200 yards or so, as my Sat Nav was struggling to pinpoint the driveway.I should get a better Sat Nav.”
